Tzatziki Chicken & Veggie Naan Pizza - Prepper Protein

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces whole grain naan bread
  • 1.5 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt-based tzatziki sauce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup English cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven or an air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Brush both sides of the naan bread lightly with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
  • Toast the naan in the oven for 3 minutes to create a firm base.
  • Spread 1/4 cup of tzatziki sauce over each piece of toasted naan.
  • Distribute the shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, and red onions evenly across the pizzas.
  • Bake for 6 to 8 minutes until the chicken is heated through and the naan edges are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and immediately top with fresh diced cucumber and crumbled feta cheese.
  • Garnish with dried oregano and fresh dill before slicing and serving.
