Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 slices deli turkey breast
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp herbed cream cheese (or spread of choice: hummus, mustard, ranch)

Instructions
 

  • Lay out a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a thin, even layer of cream cheese (or chosen spread) across the entire surface.
  • Layer slices of turkey evenly over the tortilla. Add one slice of cheddar cheese on top. Optionally, add spinach or greens.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly into a log, keeping pressure even. Slice into bite-sized rounds if desired.
  • Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Notes
