  • 2 boxes Vanilla Wafers
  • 6 to 8 pieces bananas, sliced Use ripe bananas for sweeter flavor.
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 container strawberries Fresh strawberries; frozen may also be used.
  • 1 5 oz. box French Vanilla pudding Can substitute with chocolate pudding for a twist.
  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese Can be substituted with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
  • 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 12 oz. container whipped topping Homemade whipped cream can also be used.

Preparation

  • Mix the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl until smooth.
  • Add the French Vanilla pudding and milk, stirring until well combined.
  • In a large serving dish, layer the vanilla wafers, sliced bananas, and strawberries.
  • Pour half of the pudding mixture over the layers.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, ending with the pudding mixture on top.
  • Spread the whipped topping over the last layer.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be frozen for a couple of weeks. Thaw in the fridge overnight before serving.
