  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup crispy tortilla strips

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
