Instructions
 

  • Warm 10 oz of filtered water until it's comfortably warm (not hot).
  • Stir in 1/4 teaspoon of Himalayan salt until completely dissolved.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • Stir in 1 teaspoon of raw honey until dissolved.
  • Drink within 5 minutes of waking up on an empty stomach for optimal results.
  • Wait at least 30–45 minutes before consuming food or coffee.

Notes

Start with 1/8 tsp salt if you're salt-sensitive.
