1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt 8 oz 1 cup filtered water, room temperature or warm 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice optional 1 teaspoon raw honey optional
Pour room temperature or warm filtered water into a glass.
Add pink Himalayan salt to the water.
Stir gently until salt is completely dissolved (about 30 seconds).
Add lemon juice if desired for flavor and vitamin C.
Add honey if desired for sweetness.
Stir once more and consume immediately.
Best consumed on an empty stomach in the morning.
