Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • 8 oz 1 cup filtered water, room temperature or warm
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice optional
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Pour room temperature or warm filtered water into a glass.
  • Add pink Himalayan salt to the water.
  • Stir gently until salt is completely dissolved (about 30 seconds).
  • Add lemon juice if desired for flavor and vitamin C.
  • Add honey if desired for sweetness.
  • Stir once more and consume immediately.
  • Best consumed on an empty stomach in the morning.
  • Wait 15-30 minutes before eating breakfast.
