Cooking Steps

  • In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the pasta and pour in the milk.
  • Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently, until the pasta is cooked and the sauce thickens, approximately 10-12 minutes.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve with chopped parsley on top.

Notes

This dish pairs well with fresh green salad or crispy bread on the side. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat on the stove over low heat, adding a splash of milk if the sauce gets too thick.
