- 1 green tea bag
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar with the “mother”
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder or fresh grated ginger
- 1 cup hot water not boiling
Boil water and let it cool slightly (do not use boiling water on green tea).
Steep the green tea bag in the hot water for 3–5 minutes, then remove and let the tea cool.
Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to the tea.
Stir in 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
Add 1 teaspoon of ginger powder or freshly grated ginger.
Mix well until fully combined.
Drink 30 minutes before meals, twice per day (morning and before dinner).
Start with half the vinegar and ginger if you're sensitive or new to this drink.
Use fresh ginger for better flavor, though powder is more convenient.
Always use a straw to protect your teeth from vinegar acid.
Store pre-made batches in the fridge for up to 3 days. Tastes better cold.
