Spread one tablespoon of hummus evenly across each slice of toasted bread.
Layer baby spinach, tomato slices, and sliced kalamata olives on the bottom slice of bread.
Place the cooked eggs directly on top of the vegetables.
Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper over the eggs.
Close the sandwich with the remaining slice of bread and slice diagonally before serving.
