Meatball Soup - Prepper Protein

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.5 oz) canned beef meatballs in broth
  • 1 quart beef stock
  • 1 cup dried elbow macaroni
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup dehydrated carrot slices
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large pot, combine beef stock, diced tomatoes, dehydrated carrots, and minced onion.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper.
  • Stir in the dried macaroni and reduce heat to medium.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes or until pasta is al dente and carrots are rehydrated.
  • Add the canned meatballs including the broth from the can.
  • Simmer for an additional 7 minutes until meatballs are thoroughly heated.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste and serve.
