Stir in the dried macaroni and reduce heat to medium.
Simmer for 10 minutes or until pasta is al dente and carrots are rehydrated.
Add the canned meatballs including the broth from the can.
Simmer for an additional 7 minutes until meatballs are thoroughly heated.
Adjust seasoning to taste and serve.
