Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon balm leaves or 1 tablespoon dried
  • 2 cups hot water about 180°F / 82°C, not boiling
  • 1 slice fresh lemon optional
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Place fresh or dried lemon balm leaves in a teapot or large mug.
  • Heat water to about 180°F (not boiling) and pour over the leaves.
  • Let the tea steep for 5–7 minutes.
  • Strain out the leaves.
  • Add lemon slice or honey if desired.
  • Drink 1 cup in the morning and another 30 minutes before dinner.

Notes

For best results, drink consistently for at least 2–3 weeks.
Lemon balm tea is best consumed before meals and at night to support better sleep and metabolism.
Can be paired with green tea, mint, or ginger for enhanced benefits.
