Equipment

  • 1 Water bottle (glass or BPA-free)
  • Grater (for ginger)
  • Measuring spoon
  • Citrus juicer (optional)

Ingredients

  • 16 –20 oz filtered water room temp or slightly warm
  • Pinch of sea salt unprocessed

Choose 1 Booster:

  • ½ lemon freshly squeezed
  • 1 inch fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Cucumber slices 4–5

Instructions

  • Prepare your water bottle the night before. If using cucumber or ginger, let it infuse in the fridge overnight.
  • In the morning, slightly warm the infused water (avoid making it hot).
  • Add your chosen booster and a pinch of sea salt.
  • Within 5 minutes of waking up, drink the full 16–20 oz steadily over 5–10 minutes.
  • Set a timer for 45 minutes. Do not eat or drink anything else during this time.
  • After 45 minutes, continue with your day. Drink regular water between meals, not during.
  • Repeat daily, aiming for consistency in timing.

Notes

Use filtered or spring water for optimal detox results.
Start with smaller amounts (12 oz) if 20 oz feels overwhelming.
Do not add sugar, ice, or multiple boosters at once.
For best results, commit for at least 2 weeks.
