Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, chili flakes, and apple cider vinegar to create the hot honey glaze.
Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, dried oregano, and minced garlic.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Brush half of the hot honey glaze over the chicken and top each breast with 2 tablespoons of crumbled feta.
Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove from oven and drizzle with remaining hot honey glaze before serving.
