Hot Honey Infused Feta Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 (6-ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup hone y
  • 1 tablespoon chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, chili flakes, and apple cider vinegar to create the hot honey glaze.
  • Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, dried oregano, and minced garlic.
  • Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Brush half of the hot honey glaze over the chicken and top each breast with 2 tablespoons of crumbled feta.
  • Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from oven and drizzle with remaining hot honey glaze before serving.
