Layer the turkey pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.
Tightly roll the dough into a log starting from the long edge.
Slice the log into 12 even rolls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and cheese is melted.
