High Protein Mixed Berry Yogurt Parfaits

Ingredients

  • 32 oz Plain Non-fat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 scoops (approx. 60g) Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
  • 1 cup fresh Blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh Strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh Raspberries
  • 1 cup High -protein Granola
  • 4 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein isolate until the powder is fully incorporated and the texture is smooth.
  • Fold the cinnamon into the yogurt mixture for flavor enhancement.
  • Prepare the fruit by rinsing blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries under cold water and patting dry with paper towels.
  • Select four 12-ounce wide-mouth glass jars for assembly.
  • Distribute 1/2 cup of the protein-yogurt mixture into the bottom of each jar.
  • Add a layer consisting of 1/4 cup of mixed berries and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to each container.
  • Add the remaining yogurt mixture as a second layer across the jars.
  • Top each parfait with 1/4 cup of granola and the remaining berries.
  • Seal the containers and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to hydrate before consumption.
