In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, protein powder, honey, and vanilla extract.
Whisk or stir vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth and the protein powder is fully incorporated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Using a small cookie scoop or tablespoon, portion the mixture into 24 uniform rounds on the baking sheet.
Press a few dark chocolate chips into the top of each portion.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the bites are firm to the touch.
Remove from freezer and transfer to an airtight container or freezer-safe bag for long-term storage.
