High Protein Frozen Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon hone y
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, protein powder, honey, and vanilla extract.
  • Whisk or stir vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth and the protein powder is fully incorporated.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Using a small cookie scoop or tablespoon, portion the mixture into 24 uniform rounds on the baking sheet.
  • Press a few dark chocolate chips into the top of each portion.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the bites are firm to the touch.
  • Remove from freezer and transfer to an airtight container or freezer-safe bag for long-term storage.
