Ingredients

  • 1 cup non -fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop (31g) vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup funfetti cake mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  • Heat-treat the dry cake mix in a microwave-safe bowl for 60 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds until it reaches 160°F (71°C) to ensure safety for raw consumption.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
  • Slowly fold in the protein powder and the heat-treated cake mix until no dry clumps remain.
  • Fold in half of the rainbow sprinkles gently into the mixture.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with the remaining sprinkles.
  • Serve immediately with apple slices or graham crackers, or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the texture to firm.
