Ingredients

  • 2 cups low -fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup non -fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 packet (1 oz) dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Place the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor and process until the texture is completely smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer the blended cottage cheese to a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  • Add the non-fat Greek yogurt and the dry ranch seasoning packet to the bowl and whisk until fully incorporated.
  • Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon bits, and garlic powder using a spatula.
  • Stir in the chopped green onions, reserving a small amount for garnish if desired.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the dip to firm up.
