High Protein Cottage Cheese Chips

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with a high-quality silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
  • Drain any excess liquid from the cottage cheese using a fine-mesh sieve to ensure the chips become crisp.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, black pepper, and parmesan cheese.
  • Place small spoonfuls (about 1 tablespoon each) of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving at least 2 inches of space between each dollop.
  • Use the back of the spoon to flatten each dollop into a thin, even circle.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the edges are deep golden brown and the centers appear dry and firm.
  • Remove from the oven and let the chips cool completely on the baking sheet for at least 10 minutes to reach maximum crispness.
