Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them in a single layer in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast until fully coated.
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes at the end for a golden-brown crust.
Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
