Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless , skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup non -fat Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp kosher salt
  • 0.25 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them in a single layer in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast until fully coated.
  • Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes at the end for a golden-brown crust.
  • Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
