Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small crumbles with a spatula.
Drain any excess fat from the skillet and stir in the black beans, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook for 2 minutes to allow flavors to meld, then remove the beef mixture from the skillet and set aside.
Wipe the skillet clean and return to medium heat.
Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese on one half.
Top the cheese with half of the beef and bean mixture, then sprinkle another 1/4 cup of cheese over the beef.
Fold the tortilla in half and press down firmly.
Cook for 3 minutes per side until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
Repeat for the second tortilla, then slice into wedges and serve with Greek yogurt.
