Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
  • 1 cup non -fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 1 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken breast, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Fold in 1/2 cup of the shredded mozzarella cheese until the mixture is uniform.
  • Transfer the mixture to a 1-quart baking dish and spread into an even layer.
  • Top the mixture with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the dip is heated through and the cheese on top is melted and bubbling.
  • Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions.
