In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken breast, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Fold in 1/2 cup of the shredded mozzarella cheese until the mixture is uniform.
Transfer the mixture to a 1-quart baking dish and spread into an even layer.
Top the mixture with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the dip is heated through and the cheese on top is melted and bubbling.
Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions.
