- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cucumber
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 green apple
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 inch fresh ginger
- 1 cup water if using a blender
Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
If using a juicer: Feed all ingredients through the juicer.
If using a blender: Add all ingredients with water and blend until smooth.
(Optional) Strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth for a smoother juice.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately for maximum nutrients.
