A soothing and customizable herbal tea blend designed to support healthy blood sugar levels using natural ingredients like cinnamon, bitter melon, and gymnema.
Place all dry ingredients into a tea ball or wrap them in cheesecloth.
Heat 4 cups of water to around 200°F (do not boil).
Add the herb bundle to the hot water, cover, and steep for 15–20 minutes.
Strain herbs and add sweetener while tea is still warm.
