Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups self -rising flour
  • 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon all -purpose flour for dusting

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (232 degrees Celsius).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt using a sturdy spatula until a shaggy dough forms.
  • Transfer the dough onto a clean, lightly floured surface.
  • Knead the dough by hand for 5 to 8 minutes until the texture becomes smooth and slightly elastic.
  • Divide the dough into two equal portions for individual pizzas.
  • Roll each portion out to a thickness of approximately 0.25 inches on a piece of parchment paper.
  • Apply desired toppings to the surface of the dough.
  • Transfer the parchment paper with dough onto a preheated baking stone or baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the crust edges are golden brown and the bottom is firm.
