Easy Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp sal t
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink, then drain excess fat.
  • Season the cooked beef with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate into individual triangles.
  • Place approximately 2 tablespoons of beef and 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese on the wide end of each dough triangle.
  • Roll the dough starting from the wide end toward the point and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, and dried parsley.
  • Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the top of each rollup.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
