Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink, then drain excess fat.
Season the cooked beef with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Unroll the crescent dough and separate into individual triangles.
Place approximately 2 tablespoons of beef and 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese on the wide end of each dough triangle.
Roll the dough starting from the wide end toward the point and place on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, and dried parsley.
Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the top of each rollup.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
