  • 1 cup small curd low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 10 slices turkey pepperoni
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Place the cottage cheese into a microwave-safe bowl and stir in the garlic powder and dried oregano.
  • Spread the marinara sauce in an even layer over the cottage cheese base.
  • Distribute the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly across the top of the sauce.
  • Arrange the turkey pepperoni slices in a single layer over the mozzarella.
  • Microwave on high power for 90 seconds or until the mozzarella is fully melted and the cottage cheese is warmed through.
  • Remove from the microwave and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Allow the bowl to rest for 60 seconds to set the texture before consuming.
