  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp butter

Seasoning

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain it.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Stir in the flour to create a roux, cooking for 1-2 minutes until it turns lightly bubbly.
  • Gradually whisk in the chicken broth, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
  • Add the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in the shredded chicken and mixed vegetables, cooking until they are warm.
  • Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, mixing everything together well.
  • Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley for a pop of color.

Notes

To store leftovers, keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-4 days. For freezing, place in a freezer-safe container. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave.
