Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3-4 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • 2-3 tbsp almond milk if needed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Scoop the ripe avocados into a blender or food processor.
  • Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  • Blend for about 2 minutes, until very smooth.
  • If the mixture is too thick, add almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
  • Chill the mousse for at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve chilled, optionally topped with fresh berries, chopped nuts, or coconut cream.

Notes

Use ripe but not overripe avocados for the best texture and flavor.
Blend thoroughly to avoid lumps.
