Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 4 ciabatta roll s
  • 1/4 cup croutons , lightly crushed

Instructions

  • Season chicken breasts evenly with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook chicken for 6 to 7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Remove chicken from heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced chicken, Caesar dressing, and shredded Parmesan cheese until well coated.
  • Slice ciabatta rolls in half and toast until lightly golden.
  • Layer the bottom half of each roll with chopped romaine lettuce.
  • Distribute the dressed chicken mixture evenly over the lettuce on all four rolls.
  • Sprinkle crushed croutons over the chicken for added texture.
  • Close the sandwiches with the top half of the rolls and serve immediately.
