Ingredients

  • 2 flatbread s
  • 4 oz Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, minced
  • 1 cup fresh arugula
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  • Spread cranberry sauce evenly over each flatbread.
  • Distribute shredded chicken breast across the sauce layer.
  • Top with slices of Brie cheese and chopped walnuts.
  • Sprinkle minced rosemary over the surface.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and flatbread edges are crisp.
  • Remove from oven and top with fresh arugula and a drizzle of balsamic glaze before serving.
