Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons dried butterfly pea flowers
  • 16 oz filtered water
  • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar
  • Juice of ½ medium lemon fresh
  • 1 –2 teaspoons raw honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Create Butterfly Pea Base: Boil water (approx. 185°F) and steep butterfly pea flowers for 8–10 minutes until deep blue.
  • Strain & Cool: Remove flowers with a strainer, gently press, and let the tea cool to room temp (15 minutes).
  • Add Lemon Juice: Squeeze in fresh lemon juice; observe the drink turn purple-pink.
  • Incorporate ACV & Honey: Stir in apple cider vinegar. Add honey if using, stir until dissolved.
  • Serve & Store: Serve over ice or store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 5 days. Shake before use.

Steep with herbs/spices for seasonal versions.
