Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups butterfly pea flower tea chilled
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Steep butterfly pea flower tea and allow it to cool completely.
  • In a jug, mix the tea with apple cider vinegar and sea salt.
  • Slowly add the lemon juice and observe the color change.
  • Add honey if a sweeter taste is preferred.
  • Pour over ice in serving glasses.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  • Drink in the morning on an empty stomach for optimal results.

Notes

Adding lemon juice to the blue tea can turn the drink purple due to pH change.
Optional add-ins include fresh ginger slices or cucumber.
Start with small amounts if you're new to ACV or sea salt in drinks.
