  • 1/4 teaspoon authentic blue salt Persian blue salt preferred
  • 8 oz filtered water or spring water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice from 1/2 medium lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon raw honey optional, for taste
  • Small piece fresh ginger optional, for digestion

Instructions
 

  • Pour 8 oz of filtered water into a clean glass container at room temperature.
  • Add 1/4 teaspoon of authentic blue salt directly to the water all at once.
  • Squeeze 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice into the mixture immediately after adding salt.
  • Stir gently with a wooden spoon for 30-60 seconds until salt is completely dissolved.
  • Let the mixture sit for 2-3 minutes to allow minerals to fully activate.
  • Add honey or ginger if desired and stir again.
  • Drink the entire mixture within 10 minutes of preparation for best results.
