Ingredients
  

  • Main Ingredients:
  • 2 medium raw beetroots peeled and chopped
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 cup water if using blender
  • Optional Boosters:
  • 1 cucumber for hydration
  • Handful of spinach for iron
  • 1/2 inch turmeric root for anti-inflammatory support
  • 1-2 celery stalks for electrolytes

Instructions
 

  • Wash and peel beetroots; chop into chunks. Cut carrots and apple.
  • If using a juicer: Feed beets, carrots, apple, and ginger through the juicer.
  • If using a blender: Add all chopped ingredients and water. Blend until smooth, then strain through a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer.
  • Add fresh lemon juice and stir.
  • Serve immediately for best flavor and nutrient content.

Notes

Wear gloves when handling beets to avoid staining.
Juice can be stored in the fridge for 24–48 hours in a sealed glass jar.
Add lemon juice to slow oxidation.
Shake well before drinking as separation may occur.
