- Main Ingredients:
- 2 medium raw beetroots peeled and chopped
- 2 large carrots
- 1 green apple
- 1 inch fresh ginger
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 cup water if using blender
- Optional Boosters:
- 1 cucumber for hydration
- Handful of spinach for iron
- 1/2 inch turmeric root for anti-inflammatory support
- 1-2 celery stalks for electrolytes
Wash and peel beetroots; chop into chunks. Cut carrots and apple.
If using a juicer: Feed beets, carrots, apple, and ginger through the juicer.
If using a blender: Add all chopped ingredients and water. Blend until smooth, then strain through a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer.
Add fresh lemon juice and stir.
