Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts
  • 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon optional
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine all seeds in a large mixing bowl
  • Mix thoroughly until evenly distributed throughout the mixture
  • Optional: Spread mixture on baking sheet and roast at 300°F for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway through
  • Cool completely before adding any optional flavor enhancers like cinnamon, cocoa, or vanilla powder
  • Transfer to airtight containers such as mason jars for storage
  • Store in cool, dry place for up to 2 weeks
  • For daily use: Mix 2 tablespoons with 8 ounces liquid, let sit 10-30 minutes for gel consistency

Notes

  • Start with 1 tablespoon daily for first week if new to high-fiber foods
  • Always consume with at least 8 ounces of water within 30 minutes
  • For early post-surgery clients (first 6 months), grind entire mixture into fine powder
