Place eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder into a blender.
Pulse on low speed for 15 to 20 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and aerated.
Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden brown.
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into squares.
