  • 1 spray Nonstick cooking spray For air frying

Main Ingredients

  • Dredge each apple stick in flour, dip into the egg mixture, then coat well with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Lightly spray coated apple fries with nonstick spray. Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
  • Air fry at 380°F (190°C) for 7–9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Serving

  • Enjoy warm with caramel dip, yogurt, or whipped cream.

Notes

These apple fries are delicious on their own but can pair well with various dipping sauces. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. Reheat in the air fryer or oven to regain crispness.
