Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar with the mother
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Optional Add-ins:

  • 1 inch fresh ginger root grated
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Few drops liquid stevia instead of honey

Instructions
 

  • Pour 1 cup of warm (not hot) water into a glass.
  • Stir in 2 tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar.
  • Add lemon juice, honey, and ground ginger.
  • Stir well until honey is fully dissolved.
  • Drink slowly, ideally through a straw to protect your teeth.

Notes

Always dilute ACV to protect your stomach and enamel.
Adjust lemon or sweetener amounts to taste.
Can be consumed daily; begin with 1 tsp ACV and gradually increase to 1–2 tbsp/day.
Best consumed 15–30 minutes before meals.
