- 2 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar with the mother
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp raw honey
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
Optional Add-ins:
- 1 inch fresh ginger root grated
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Few drops liquid stevia instead of honey
Pour 1 cup of warm (not hot) water into a glass.
Stir in 2 tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar.
Add lemon juice, honey, and ground ginger.
Stir well until honey is fully dissolved.
Drink slowly, ideally through a straw to protect your teeth.
Always dilute ACV to protect your stomach and enamel.
Adjust lemon or sweetener amounts to taste.
