  • 1 handful spinach Optional topping for added texture.
  • to taste salt and pepper Season according to your preference.

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  • Place the slice of bread in the air fryer basket.
  • Carefully crack the egg on top of the bread.
  • Add cheese on top of the egg.
  • Season with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Air fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the egg is cooked to your liking.
  • Remove from the air fryer and add any additional toppings like avocado or spinach.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Keep an eye on the egg to prevent overcooking. If you prefer a runny yolk, check it at the 5-minute mark. This meal is great by itself or served with a side of fresh fruit or salad.
